I have blogged about Alex’s Pasta Bar in Ajijic, Lake Chapala before and we have been there several times and always enjoyed our meal.

I wanted to let you know that Alex’s is having a Degustation Event tomorrow.

Degustaton is a careful, appreciative tasting of various foods and focusing on the gustatory system, the senses, high clinary art and good company.

This event is likely to involve sampling small portions of all Chef Alex’s signature dishes n one sitting.
