Cruz Roja Mexicana (Mexican Red Cross)
I don’t think that many of us really understand the breadth and scope of Cuz Roja Mexicana. They help so many people in need and not just sick or hurt people.
The Red Cross is vital in our area and is depended upon by many both natives and ex-pats.
Yolanda Martinez of Yoly’s Unisex Salon has joined the Cruz Roja and adding her special talents and abilities to help them with their perception and fund raising effforts.
There is a opportunity whereby one can make a donation and it is matched by Telmex. I am not sure of the details of this promotion but it certainly sounds very worthwhile to stretch the dollars of one’s contribution.
Yoly has many ways one can help this most worthwhile enterprise and if you contact her at Yoly’s at (376) 766-2260 or drop in to Yoly’s salon in the Bugumbilia Plaza in downtown Ajiic on the carretera she will happily tell you how to help and what you can do to make a difference.
I know Yoly will make a huge difference to the Crz Roja and she is counting on our help to make wonderful things happen for the many who count on the myriad of services they offer.
You could also drop in to the Cruz Roja in Chapala on Avenida Gonazlez Gallo #1 in Chapala Centro or call them at (376) 765.2308. Their website is: www.cruzrojachapala.com for more information.
The Cruz Roja Mexicana is an extremely worthwhile operation and needs our help to be able to continue the amazing work they do in the community.
