Min Wah Chinese Restaurant in Ajijic, Lake Chapala

Now i freely admit that Ajijic is not New York or Los Angeles when it comes to Chinese Resraurants but we do have a very good Chinese Restaurant in downtown Ajijic on Calle al Teralo # 96-A.  Tel. (376) 766-0686.  The name of this Restaurant is Min Wah and you go up three blocks from Farmacia Guadalajara and there is ample parking.

You can go there to eat in the restaurant or you can call ahead and make your order and pick it up.  Sometimes they even have delivery but I never have been able to figure out when that is available.  It does seem to have something to do with the truck and where it is or if it is, in fact, in working condition.

The menu is quite extensive and does have most of the favorites we are used to.

There is a Lunch Special daily from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm and offers 11 choices.

Other categories are Appetizers, Soup, Fowl, Beef, Pork, Sea Food, Vegetables, Chow Mein, Chop Suey, and Egg Foo Young..

Some of our favorties are Cashew Chicken, Sweet and Sour Chicken, Mongolian Beef, Moo Shu Pork, twice Cooked Pork Broccoli in Salsa, Chicken Chow Mein, House Chop Suey, Egg Rolls, Won Ton Soup and Hot and Sour Soup to name a few.  With every order you may order a Fried Rice and lovely fluffly white rice comes with every order. Also you may indicate your desired hotness for each dish ordered

Min Wah also will put together special menus for large groups.

We have always enjoyed the food from Min Wah and we think you will too.
