Retirement in Ajijic, Lake Chapala

Why would you want to retire or relocate anywhere else?  Ajijic, Lake Chapala is paradise.  We have arguably the best climate in the world whichbosts  temperatures about 75 degrees F. and sunny 90% of the year.

We are close (45 minutes) to an International Airport and close to wonderful beaches as little as 3 hours away.

The Costa Allegre runs from Manzanillo to Puerto Vallarta and there are many excellent resorts to choose from including our favorite, Chantli Mare in Boca de Iguanas.

Guadalajara is the second largest city in Mexico and has twice the population of Toronto, Canada.  It offers fabulous restaurants, and world class shopping opportunities.  There are also excellent teaching hospitals and schools in Guadalajara.

Here is Ajijic, Lake Chapala, we also have wonderful and varied restaurants, good shopping and schools and excellent medical care available.

We also have an infrastructure worthy of the most discerning among us.

We live outdoors year round which is wonderful for golf, tennis, outdoor eating and any other recreational activities that require good weather.

The people are warm and the community is vared with something for everyone offering clubs and association to suit all tastes.

One can do nothing but relax or be involved in a number of worthwhile charities.

The houseing prices along with the cost of liiving are very reasonable and I really don’t know why anyone would retire or relocate anywhere else.
