The Golden Globe Winners 2012
On Sunday night January 15th the 2012 Golden Globes took place. It was once again hosted by Ricky Gervais who did a wonderful job. It is a surprise to some that he was invited back after his irreverent performance last year but it is a credit to the producers that they were brave enough to have him host again. Although he seemed perhaps a little less outrageous in his attacks on the stars he is very funny and certainly brightened up the format of the show. Here are the winners:

One of Ricky’s funnier lines was the Golden Globe Awards were to the Oscars what Kim Kardashian is to Kate Middleton. Be that as it may it still gives us a pretty good idea of who is likely to win an Oscar. Stay tuned in as award season get into full swing.
